Vancouver Art Gallery: The Birth of Modern Culture.

cover

I act like a tourist in my own city every once in a while to discover and recommend places to people who hasn’t been in Vancouver yet. So when my friend got the “Tourism Challenge Pass”* we took the opportunity to visit the Vancouver Art Gallery! I’ve been in Canada for almost 7 years now and I haven’t had the chance to explore the Art Gallery, weird.

*Tourism Challenge Pass: Is a pass that’s given to the people who works in the hospitality industry (eg: hotels), where they get the chance to explore Vancouver’s attractions for free or pay a lesser rate. Neat isn’t it?

The Vancouver Art Gallery is located in the middle of downtown. It features different and unique exhibits every time. During our visit, we got to explore The Birth of Modern Culture. Andy Warhol, Pablo Picasso, and more famous artist’s work are on display in the gallery. The building has 4 floors full of art work, which you will enjoy tremendously!
